Janet Jackson Announces ‘Unbreakable’ World Tour, Literally Nothing Else Matters!

It’s official. It’s finally effing official!!

Janet Jackson – living legend and flaw-free icon – has officially announced the dates for her hugely anticipated world tour on her website, along with unveiling a fierce tour promo pic and a dance rehearsal video.

The first leg of the tour titled ‘Unbreakable‘, her first in 4 years since her 60 million dollar-grossing ‘Number Ones – Up, Close And Personal Tour‘, kicks off on August 31st in Vancouver and ends in Honolulu on November 12th.

Commence mass hysteria y’all!

Ironically, the tour’s been announced without any news of the upcoming album and single release details – although I have a feeling Ms Jackson would be dropping both as a stealth release just before the tour kicks off. She’s blazed a trail yet again by launching her own label Rhythm Nation Records to release her 11th (!!) studio album, her first since 2008’s Billboard # 1 debuting ‘Discipline‘.  That way, Ms Jackson’s team handles the promo campaign – and I have a feeling it would be better than what her contemporaries have been dealing with lately, including the colossal mess that was Mariah and Madonna’s latest studio albums.

Bring it on Miss Janet! #ConversationsInACafe
