Kanye West’s ‘Yeezus’ Tops UK Top 40, Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ Becomes 2nd Biggest Selling Single Of 2013!

A double bonanza for Kanye West indeed!

After welcoming his baby daughter North last week, Kanye’s celebrations continue this week as ‘Yeezus‘ launches straight at # 1 atop the UK Top 40 Albums Chart, dethroning Black Sabbath’s ‘13‘ which slips a notch to # 2.

Yeezus‘ is Kanye’s 4th top 10 in the UK, and his second # 1 album after ‘Graduation‘ bowed at the penthouse back in 2007. ‘Yeezus‘ already hit # 1 in Australia this week as well, and is all set to top the Billboard 200 later this week.

Over at the UK Top 40 Singles Chart, R’n’B smooth crooner Robin Thicke has clearly decided to take over the world with ‘Blurred Lines‘ featuring Pharrell and TI, which scales new heights in terms of sales.
