Destiny’s Child Reunites On Super Bowl Stage, Way Too Much Flawlessness Ensues!

Last night, a clearly crazy-in-love Beyoncé took to the stage at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans for the 2013 Super Bowl Halftime how, to prove to a highly suspicious world that her vocal cords were indeed functional.

Of course, countless wigs were snatched once the Holy Beysus opened her mouth, unleashing a barrage of hits starting with a brief intro of ‘Love On Top‘, and then launching into a spectacular delivery of her first solo # 1 smash, ‘Crazy In Love‘, followed by ‘End Of Time‘ and ‘Baby Boy‘.

What ensued post ‘Baby Boy‘, was stuff that made every Destiny’s Child fan seize, cry, howl and scream and lose their breath (reference).

From the bowels of the Superdome, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams shot out on the stage, joining Beyoncé for a feverishly anticipated reunion of one of the greatest groups of all time.

Destiny’s Child reunited for a flawless performance of ‘Bootylicious‘ and ‘Independent Women Pt. 1‘ – both # 1 smashes that made the trio household names around the globe, bringing forth a barrage of memories and (of course) a few random tears (we’re ALL SO OLD).

The trio then launched into Bey’s signature smash ‘Single Ladies‘, and departed mid-way, leaving Beyoncé to complete her slay-age with a killer rendition of ‘Halo‘.

Truly iconic – and definitely worthy of joining the ranks of some of the best performances on the Super Bowl stage, including stellar halftime shows by the legendary Janet Jackson and Madonna.

And was it just me, or was Kelly Rowland looking smokin’ hot, hotter than Beyoncé I say?
