Song Premiere : Brandy’s ‘Wildest Dreams’

R’n’B Royalty Brandy is bringing back R’n’B y’all – I mean she’s REALLY going back to the basics this time around for a sound that can only be defined as classic R’n’B. Brandy’s 6th studio album ‘Two Eleven‘, her first for RCA Records, is undoubtedly one of the year’s most highly anticipated albums, and is scheduled for release on October 16th, 4 years after her last studio album ‘Human‘ – which in my opinion is one of the most slept-on albums in the history of humanity. We already got a taste of what’s to come after the first single ‘Put It Down‘ featuring Chris Brown brought back a sound reminiscent of her Quadruple Platinum 1994 d├ębut album ‘Brandy‘, and now Ms Norwood has just unveiled the second single ‘Wildest Dreams‘ from her upcoming project.

Written by Sean Garrett and produced by The Bizness, ‘Wildest Dreams‘ brings forth a sound that’s a throwback to the Brandy classic and a fan fave – 2002’s Platinum certified ‘Full Moon‘. The smooth mid-tempo groove, Brandy’s layered vocals, an irresistibly catchy hook – this one is as mellow as it gets! I still bump to ‘Full Moon‘ on almost a daily basis – that song was so ahead of its time (especially the C & J Remix) – and I’m glad Brandy’s working on bringing back that sound again! I’m already addicted to this one. Check out Brandy’s ‘Wildest Dreams‘ right here :
