Maroon 5’s had a stellar 2011, with their duet with Christina Aguilera topping the Billboard Hot 100 and selling almost 5 million digital singles in the US alone. It’s good to see the band experimenting and blending in genres, and unabashedly delving into pop lately. And that’s the general direction their new album ‘Overexposed‘ is heading as well according to frontman Adam Levine. ‘Overexposed‘ is scheduled for release on June 26th, and the first single ‘Payphone‘ featuring Wiz Khalifa is scheduled for release on April 17th. The band unveiled the official album cover earlier this week, and revealed that the album would include numbers produced by Ryan Tedder and Benny Blanco. Can’t wait for this one!
