So the flaw-free Queen of Legend-ness Mizz Janet Jackson just appeared on Anderson Cooper’s talk show today (while Janatics of the world commenced mass hysteria) , and I think it’s totally appropriate for me (as well as my moral responsibility) to just remind people HOW EFFING STUNNING AND HOT Janet looks! Unless you’ve been living under the world’s biggest stone and fungating, this woman is about to turn 46 in a few months. Could your faves ever? Didn’t think so.
The 5 time Grammy winning icon sat down with Anderson for a daytime exclusive celebrating his 100th episode, and spoke at length about her stunning career spanning over 3 decades.
Janet also spoke about the tragic passing of friend and fellow diva Whitney Houston, while offering advise to Whitney’s daughter Bobbi Kristina. Having tragically lost her own brother Michael in 2009, this is familiar territory for Janet.
The ‘Nasty‘ hit-maker, who has 10 Billboard # 1 singles and 6 Billboard # 1 albums to her credit, also spoke about keeping her past marriages a secret.
Born as a part of music royalty, and pushed into the limelight at the age of 7, Janet Jackson went on to become one of the most successful artists of all time, with over 150 million records sold worldwide. Being a Jackson certainly wasn’t easy, and she talked about her pre ‘Control‘ years, which included trips to Studio 54 with her brothers and hanging out with Diana Ross.
Asked if she will be the new judge on ‘X-Factor USA‘, as a replacement for Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, Janet’s coy reply has certainly set the blogosphere on fire, as every blog and music website EVER is brimming with anticipation over the speculation that Janet might just jump on board. Watch what she says here :
3 mega Janatics got the shock of their lives while Janet walked in on them doing the All For You dance routine. This is so cute y’all..just have a look at the fan who runs away from stage realizing who she was!
Janet, as a staunch Janatic, I totally love you and idolize you etc, but can we PLEASE GET A NEW ALBUM ALREADY??? You look better than ever before, and certainly better than any of the players in the game right now, young or old, and the world is ready for more of you. Your globally sold out ‘Number Ones : Up, Close And Personal‘ Tour just proves that! It’s been 4 years since ‘Discipline‘, and that went straight to # 1 without any support from radio, and barely any support from your label. Your fans miss you. And we CANNOT wait any longer!
